The relief opening takes pressure off the perineal area for men. Gentle transitions at the opening prevent edge pressure while the saddle’s surface – which is adapted to the width and position of the sit bones – optimally distributes the body weight.

In men, pressure from the saddle can cause compression of nerves and vessels in the perineal area. This often leads to numbness. The relief channel of the Terry Figura GTC Gel Men, specially adapted to the male anatomy, prevents these typical discomforts in the perineum and genitals.

Terry uses a special high-performance, Comfort Ergo Foam padding in the Figura GTC Gel Men to distribute the pressure evenly over the sit bones. The sit bones slightly compress the foam so that the pedalling movements are optimally supported. Precisely controlled foam rebound response prevents contact with the saddle shell.
